SUMMARY:
Kestra Financial seeks a dynamic and motivated operations Supervisor to join our Fee Billing team. In this role, you will be responsible for educating our financial professionals and their staff on account billing activities and ensuring that timely and correct billing occurs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has a service mindset, and is eager to contribute to our mission of Powering Financial Independence by having a serve, make it happen, and one team mentality.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty.
• Comply with all regulatory rules, written desktop procedures, and company policies
• Ensure accurate and timely advisory and account fee billing
• Work closely with the various teams within Kestra Holdings on fee processing, procedures, and workflow
• Monitor procedures, systems, and measures for quality and risk control
• Fee billing responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
◦ Educate internal staff, advisors, and staff on the advisory fee billing processes
◦ Monthly and quarterly billing of advisory accounts, including inception and termination billing
◦ Annual, quarterly, and periodic NFS account fees notification and processing
◦ Work with business owners, Technology, and outside vendors regarding any billing issues
• Train and assist individuals within Fee Billing as a part of the team’s ongoing growth
• Responsible for quality assurance and performance review completion and delivery
• Effectively supervise and communicate the progress of various initiatives to management
• Coordinate and take ownership of multiple projects as assigned by management
• Ability to work extra hours during peak processing times (typically includes January, April, July, and October fee billing months).
• Other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND/OR ABILITIES:
• Must be able to lead by example
• Must routinely exercise sound business judgment and be able to work independently
• Must have basic computer skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of the NFS Clearing Operating Platforms within 60 days of hire is essential.
• Knowledge of Revport within 60 days of hire is essential
• Must have the ability to multitask, work under pressure, and have acute attention to detail
• An individual must also possess strong organizational skills, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Fee Billing team associates
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
• High School Graduate required
• College degree or some college preferred
• 2+ years equivalent industry-related experience strongly preferred
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATION:
• SIE and Series 7 licenses desired
• Series 66 license (or Series 65) desired
INTERNAL APPLICANT POLICY:
Internal applicants must be in good standing and have a minimum of 1 year of service with Kestra. Internal applicants must also have a minimum of 1 year service in current role unless approved by EVP.
