Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join the team who loves to test, is a firm believer in automation, and has a strong testing methodology for mobile and consumer facing applications. You will work as part of a small team building first of kind, groundbreaking features and applications that have been changing the way doctors and clinicians worldwide interact with and care for their patients.

What you will work on

  • Testing: Our engineers are hands-on. We think it’s important to be close to the code and be involved in the full SDLC. We build both web and mobile solutions, some are B2B while others are consumer-facing. We are looking for a breadth of experience testing these in these types of environments with modern testing tools like Selenium, Playwright, XCUITest, Espresso and Robolectric.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
  • 5+ years of industry experience working as an SDET, QA, or an Automation Engineer
  • 3+ plus years of experience building automation
  • Experience with Selenium, Playwright and similar automation tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Passionate about technology and testing
  • Expert-level experience with industry-standard automation frameworks and tools for both front-end and back-end testing
  • Experience with version control and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and tools (semaphoreCI, GitHub).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS) and an understanding of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

Physical Requirements

  • 90% Phone/Desk work
  • 10% Travel
