Job Summary

We are currently looking for an HR Factory representative multi-sites to manage a scope of around 250 employees spread across 2 sites.

This position is based in Le May sur Evre (and it will be based in Cholet from the end of 2024), with regular visits to our site in Châteaubriant (c.a. 2 days per week).


Reporting to Head of HR France, you are responsible for the operational management of Human Resources within your scope, in compliance with legal provisions and Tetra Pak processes.

What you will do

In this very versatile position, your main missions will be as follows:

  • Ensure the implementation of the Tetra Pak Group's HR policies.
  • Define, support and implement changes at local level, in collaboration with the Head of HR France.
  • Be the HR  partner of the Management Committee.
  • Advise and support your managers in the organization and management of their teams.
  • Executing actions to ensure the well-being and involvement of the employees
  • Lead the staff representative bodies in collaboration with site directors (work council, annual negotiation, etc.).
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement process.

We believe you have

  • Higher education (BAC +5) in HR, you have at least 5 years of general HR experience, ideally acquired in a multinational and multi-site company.
  • In addition to your technical HR know-how, you have excellent interpersonal skills to successfully establish relationships with all levels within the organization, authorities and external partners.
  • Fluency in French and operational English are essential to guarantee integration and active participation in the Group's HR development projects.
