The pay range is $128,000.00 - $231,000.00

Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. About the role:   

As a Lead UX Product Designer within our Enterprise UX Team, you’ll be at the forefront of Target’s evolving digital experience, shaping it for our guests and contributing to business growth. You will embed on an agile product team building custom internal software for internal users and external partners. All the value you create will enable the downstream guest experience. As a Lead, you will partner with leaders, stakeholders, other designers, engineers, and operation teams in your problem space to discover problems, shape product vision, and build solutions that create value. 

 

As a Lead on the Target UX team you will play a crucial role in driving the product development process, ensuring that our designs align with user needs, business objectives, and technological feasibility.

 

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and contribute to UX strategy and vision for product experiences across digital platforms – influencing investment, collaborations, and the balance of new vs. Iteration 

• Use your influence to identify and pursue user-centric outcomes within and across products 

• Effectively facilitate multiple cross functional working teams and collaborate across multiple design and product teams
