Entry-Level Automotive Sales – Learn & Grow at Perry Ford Lincoln

Perry Ford Lincoln of San Luis Obispo is hiring motivated, coachable, entry-level Sales Assistants to support our top-producing sales leaders and start a career in automotive sales.

What You'll Do:

• Assist with vehicle demos, lot organization, and follow-ups

• Work closely with senior closers and learn directly from the best

• Set appointments, prep deliveries, and support the customer experience

• Help customers feel welcomed and supported from arrival to delivery

What You Won’t Do (Yet):

• Negotiate pricing

• Deliver figures

• Close deals

Instead, you’ll be trained and groomed into a full-time sales professional as you prove your consistency and initiative.

 Ideal Candidate:

• No experience necessary — we’ll train the right person

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Comfortable on the phone, texting, and working with customers

• Must be detail-oriented, clean-cut, reliable, and ready to grow

• Interest in technology, software, and future technologies.
