As the front-line representative of the SERVPRO® brand, the Production Crew Chief demonstrates the company’s Here to Help® commitment to customers and clients. This is done by coordinating, controlling, and performing work activities on restoration projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience.
 Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate a positive customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction of services tracked with online reviews
• Communicate clear expectations to production technicians and supervise their activities  
• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control  
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided 
• Manage and control labor and consumable usage on assigned projects
• Communicate with production manager and office staff on project progress and issues

Additional Responsibilities:

• Communicate and follow all OSHA guidelines for job safety
• Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly
• Coach and train restoration technicians

 Position Requirements

• Effective written and oral communication
• Basic math skills
• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma/GED (preferred)
• IICRC WRT certification required and ASD preferred 
• Ability to speak Spanish is a plus, but not required 
• At least 2 years of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction required 

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
• Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Compensation: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
