Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. in Lake Mary, Florida is looking for a Sr. Systems Integration Architect
SUMMARY
Responsible for integrating existing and future software systems and technologies developed and deployed by Mitsubishi Power Americas' New Generation Services (NGS) business. Achieving the desired integration requires close coordination with all NGS business entities, including IT professionals, with a focus on productivity and quality improvement through systems integration and process optimization. This entails managing the software development process and ensuring clear project planning with accountability for deadlines.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, define and standardize the strategies to integrate Engineering Master Data (Windchill+, Smart tools, Codebeamer) with other operational systems (SAP, CRM, Primavera P6, etc.) to leverage the Engineering Master data more efficiently and effectively across the organization;
- Architect the technical solution design and development for creating single source of truth for engineering data via Master Data Management (MDM) solutions (PLM, ERP, CRM, Primavera P6, etc.) by integrating MDM solutions to improve productivity and quality;
- Collaboratively create integration roadmaps that align with business objectives by engaging with tool users to ensure alignment on the roadmap's strategic significance and the value it brings to the organization through integration;
- Lead the design and development of other tools tailored for engineering across NGS Engineering organization in support of data management, processes, people development and other initiatives.
- Prepare an easy-to-understand report for management detailing achieved milestones, short-term and long-term project goals;
- Define and obtain tools to optimize the engineering information control process including the creation and release of information to both internal and external customers;
- Maintain and enhance interaction and communication with TGO, Melco, PGS and other external engineering teams to ensure unified system integration and seamless transfer of technical information to support engineering master data and configuration control processes;
- Maintain and enhance interdepartmental interfaces through system integration including project, procurement, suppliers to ultimately achieve and maintain engineering information under configuration and change control to plan and execute projects;
- Oversight development and approval of final engineering programs/software and/or middleware tools that handle NGS engineering data before formal launch.
- This role includes the benchmarking of existing software integration solutions to apply best practices in connectivity and usage of master data to maximize business process improvement.
- Closely align with other Systems Integration entities inside all of Mitsubishi Power for strategy & development.
- Some overnight travel (expected 20 to 30%) by land and/or air with some trips lasting two or more weeks;
- Perform other such duties as may be required.

- Education and/or Experience: Technical BS/BA degree from an accredited college or university; knowledge of data management systems, workflow functionality, data linkage and transfer methodologies. Experience in developing optimization methods based upon data analysis, software development, and solution implementation designed to enhance or extend systems is strongly valued.
- Management Skills: Candidate shall have demonstrated management and / or team leadership skills involving the management and leadership of large scale, multi-disciplinary teams.
- Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as industry reports and technical journals. Ability to write technical reports and correspondence including customer reports. Ability to effectively present information
