The Administrative Coordinator for College Awards & Special Projects reports directly to the Director of Administration, Strategic Planning, & Communications to support the financial, operational, and programming initiatives of the College Office. The position plays an integral role in the long-term planning of the College of Arts & Sciences, specifically the College’s annual awards processes and campus-wide programs impacting the College and School of Arts & Sciences.Job Description

Duties/Job Responsibilities:
The Administrative Coordinator serves as a member of the dynamic staff that supports the planning, operations, and communications team in the College of Arts & Sciences. The coordinator provides direct support on awards and special projects as they relate to the Director of Administration, Strategic Planning, & Communications. Tasks include scheduling all annual budget meetings, organizing job searches, interfacing with SRFS, CURF, and the business office with respect to billing, assisting with office-wide projects, college events and, coordinating the annual College Awards processes, along with the Teaching Awards each spring. This role is critical to the effective and seamless operations of the College Office and the College of Arts & Sciences.
