Organic search is one of our most strategic acquisition channels, and this role sits at its centre.</p> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal">As Senior SEO Specialist, you'll own the end-to-end organic search strategy across five locales (EN, FR, IT, ES, PT), with France as the primary growth market. Your north-star metric is New MRR driven through organic — not just rankings or traffic.</p> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal">If you're the kind of SEO who thinks beyond rankings, who's already paying attention to how AI systems surface content, and who wants to build something with real business impact — this role was written for you.</p> <p class="p1"><strong>Your missions</strong></p> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li1">Partner with the Content team to ensure all content is SEO, AEO, and AI search optimised across all five locales — briefing, reviewing, and iterating per locale.</li> <li class="li1">Own our competitor comparison pages and a 100+ term hospitality glossary programme — systematically improving every page across copywriting quality, SEO, structured data, and AI search visibility.</li> <li class="li1">Manage technical SEO: hreflang, canonical strategy, JSON-LD structured data (FAQPage, HowTo, BreadcrumbList), Core Web Vitals, and crawl health across our Webflow site.</li> <li class="li1">Own our Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) strategy — FAQ architecture, featured snippet capture, and People Also Ask coverage across all content types.</li> <li class="li1">Drive our visibility in AI-powered search — optimising content to be cited and recommended by Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, ChatGPT, and Gemini when a hotelier
