Job Description
This role can be based in either San Francisco, Sunnyvale, New York, Chicago, or Omaha.

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
We are looking for a Senior Associate, GTM Strategy & Operations to drive growth, optimize sales productivity, and enhance customer value for LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) Acquisitions initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who blends data-driven insights, operational rigor, and strategic thinking, while leveraging AI and automation to scale business impact.
As a key partner to Sales, Product, Marketing, and GTM leadership, you will design, implement, and scale go-to-market strategies across EMEA, APAC, and NAMER. This includes managing complex sales planning processes such as territory design, quota setting, and forecasting—using AI-driven insights and automation tools to improve efficiency.
This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to influence senior stakeholders, and a passion for AI-powered decision-making in GTM operations.
Responsibilities
- Shape LinkedIn’s GTM strategy by leading high-impact initiatives to drive revenue and sales performance.
- Own planning processes (headcount, territory, quota) and scale them through automation and AI-driven optimization.
- Leverage AI & automation tools to enhance forecasting, streamline workflows, and drive predictive insights.
- Act as a key partner to LMS Sales Leadership across geographies, particularly EMEA and APAC.
- Develop data-driven insights using SQL, Tableau, Anaplan, and Salesforce (SFDC) to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to align on key initiatives.
- Foster a culture of innovation, engagement, and operational excellence within the GTM Ops team.
- Impact: Shape LinkedIn’s GTM strategy and drive revenue growth.
- AI & Innovation: Work with cutting-edge AI and automation tools to enhance decision-making.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in technical or related field
- 4+ years of experience in management consulting, finance, sales operations, business operations, or a highly analytical/strategic role.
- 1+ years of experience using SQL.
- 1+ years of experience using Excel.
- 1+ years of experience using Tableau to analyze and present data.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience working with SQL, Tableau, Presto, Anaplan, or SFDC.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel, SQL, Tableau.
- Experience with AI applications (e.g., prompt engineering, process automation, AI-driven analytics) or a strong interest in learning AI-powered tools.
- Ability to translate data and insights into compelling narratives to drive executive decision-making.
- Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
- MBA or Master’s degree in business, economics, data science, engineering, or related STEM fields.
- Background in SaaS, Ad Tech, GTM Operations, or Product Strategy is a plus.
- Proven ability to structure and execute complex, ambiguous problems with strategic clarity.
