Quality Control Project Coordinator

Our client, a Global Leader in the Pharmaceutical Industry has an immediate need for a Quality Control Project Coordinator to join their team. If you are someone with strong communication skills (written and verbal), and have strong MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word skills we would like to speak with you!

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for setting up meetings, drafting agendas, and taking meeting minutes as well as more analytical tasks, such as running reports, utilizing Excel and PowerPoint to present data, high level trend analysis, QA reports, and facilitating in meetings where data from multiple functional areas will be reviewed and summarized.

Project Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the development, communication and execution of sound regulatory strategies
• Management of regulatory changes throughout the product life cycle
• Provide regulatory support for relevant quality systems such as change control and discrepancy management
• Contributing to regulatory excellence by identifying opportunities, mitigating risks and supporting continuous improvement
• Assisting regulatory projects in collaboration with other technical regulatory professionals

Project Coordinator Requirements:

• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and work in matrixed environment
• Ability to identify and report trends/emerging issues in a timely manner
• Ability to translate findings into recommended actions
• Technical background a plus
• Ability to collaborate in team environment and work independently when required
• Ability to multitask
• Project Coordination experience strongly preferred

Requirements

Project Coordinator Qualifications:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. A focused degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• One year or more of experience coordinating projects required
• Strong Microsoft skills
