Acentra is looking for a Business Operations & Strategy Analyst to join our growing team.

Job Summary:

The Business Operations & Strategy Analyst will be responsible for conducting data analysis, identifying insights, and providing recommendations to improve business operations and support strategic decision-making. This role will collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization to develop and implement operational strategies and process improvements that drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Insights:

·       Perform complex data analysis to identify business trends, gaps, and opportunities

·       Generate reports and monitor KPIs to communicate key insights to stakeholders

·       Conduct benchmarking and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making

Operational Strategy and Process Improvement:

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement operational strategies

·       Identify areas of improvement in business processes and workflows

·       Work with stakeholders to define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs)

·       Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains

Strategy Execution and Stakeholder Management:

·       Assist in the development and tracking of operational goals and objectives

·       Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure organizational alignment and successful implementation of strategies

·       Prepare and deliver presentations to communicate recommendations and progress updates to leadership

Requirements

Required Qualifications/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• 5+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and interpretation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications/Experience:

• Experience in the healthcare or technology industry
• Knowledge of healthcare operations and regulations
• Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma)
• PMP or other project management certifications
