Full Time Dining Room Coordinator

The Dining Room Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Dining Room manager in overseeing the daily operational flow of the Residential and Assisted Living dining venues. This includes but is not limited to: interviewing, scheduling, & assisting in the disciplining of the employees, the development and implementation of service styles for each position, set-up and service for catered events, and insuring the smooth operation of dinner service. This position is influential in mentoring and guidance of our front of the house staff. 

High school diploma.

Experience in fine dining i.e., service, bussing, and hosting.
