<p><strong>Senior P&C Business Partner for the Product & Tech Organisation (Copenhagen)</strong></p>

<p><strong>Scaling & retaining - creating engagement to ensure people thrive</strong></p>
<p>Stepping into this new role, your area of responsibilities will focus on developing and aligning P&C initiatives to support the business needs of our Product and Tech organisation, incl. to ensure an effective delivery of our annual P&C wheel and core P&C processes. </p>
<p>Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to partner with leaders to develop an inclusive and engaging work environment where people can grow and thrive.</p>
<p>In short, some of your core responsibilities will be to:</p>
<ul>
<li>Formulate and implement P&C strategies that support the overall business plan, focusing on areas such as workforce planning, organizational development, succession planning, leadership development and talent management</li>
<li>Collaborate with leadership teams to tackle engagement themes from biannual engagement surveys</li>
<li>Collaborate with leaders to drive a proactive Learning and talent management agenda Ensure robust adoption of the global L&D toolbox by collaborating closely with L&D COE on program execution and timely nomination of program participants</li>
<li>Ensure great onboarding to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company and culture</li>
<li>Support various training sessions and workshops on topics such as; diversity and inclusion, leadership and mental wellbeing.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies and process within compensations and benefits, etc.</li>
</ul>
<p>As this is a global role, you will have the opportunity to travel 10-20 days per year. The rest of the time, we encourage an office first approach, meaning that we prefer you to be in our Copenhagen office 3-4 times a week.</p>
<p><strong>Collaborative, communicative and a positive proactiveness</strong></p>
<p>Working closely with people around you, and including them and important stakeholders at the right time is almost second nature to you. People enjoy working with you because of your ability to stay calm under pressure and maintain a positive outlook in times of change, even when changes happen fast and adjustments need to happen. You have a strong analytical mind and an ability to evaluate and interpret data to provide an explanation to metrics. Further to this, you consider yourself a highly data-driven person with a good balance between a business and human perspective.</p>
<p>In addition to the above, we are hoping you bring with you the following:</p>
<ul>
<li>Preferably a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field</li>
<li>Min. 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior HRBP or similar role</li>
<li>Proven track record in strategic HR planning, talent management, and employee relations in a global, matrixed organization</li>
<li>Experience working in a fast-paced, agile and performance-driven organization and thus understanding the change management needed to support this Experience working in the tech industry and supporting product and tech teams is highly desirable</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Your new colleagues</strong></p>
<p>You will become part of a global P&C Business Partner team and report to Mads Ohlsen (VP P&C Business Partnering). We support global functions as well as regions and markets across the business, primarily on strategic and tactical P&C related topics. As a P&C Business Partner you will also work closely with other teams within the P&C Organisation (P&C Operations, Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding).</p>
<p><strong>Product & Tech overview</strong></p>
<p>The Product and Tech organizations are highly critical functions within Too Good To Go. They are responsible for both the continuous development of our product portfolio and for ensuring that our marketplace app and all other consumer facing tech solutions runs smoothly for customers and partners. Majority of employees in Product and Tech are based at our HQ in Copenhagen, but we also have bigger Product and Tech teams based in Paris. Both the Product and Tech organization are growing rapidly in line with overall business growth and consistent currently of around 170 employees in total.</p>
