Senior UX/UI Designer (Analytics)

<h2>The Role</h2><p dir="ltr">We’re looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer with strong experience in reporting, analytics, and B2B decision-support tools. You’ll be the dedicated designer for a client-facing reporting and analytics product within a major US healthcare environment- focusing on employer-facing insights that help organizations understand their member populations and make informed decisions.</p><p dir="ltr">Although you’ll work independently day-to-day on this product, you’ll be fully supported by Zenitech’s wider design team and aligned with the ecosystem of other related products. The role requires someone who is confident working with evolving requirements, comfortable engaging directly with product and business stakeholders, and able to help shape clarity and direction through structured thinking and well-reasoned design.</p><p dir="ltr">This work suits a designer who enjoys problem-solving, shaping early requirements, and contributing to product strategy while delivering high-quality UX/UI outcomes.</p><p dir="ltr"><strong>While this role focuses on a specific product area, our business model means you’ll also work across different clients and domains over time. Therefore, strong, well-rounded senior-level UX and UI capability is essential.</strong></p><p dir="ltr"><strong>This role also offers optional People Lead responsibilities, supporting 5-8 designers.
