<h3><strong>Coordinator, Social Media Content&nbsp;<br><br></strong><strong>Reporting to:</strong> Director of Social Media<br><br><strong>Compensation: </strong>$65,000 - $85,000<br><br><strong>Department:</strong> Social<br><br><strong>Location:</strong> New York, NY (4 days in office)<br><br><strong>Position:</strong> Hybrid, Full-Time</h3> <p><strong>Position Overview:</strong></p> <p>We’re looking for a <strong>Coordinator, Social Media Content </strong>to join our growing social team; someone who lives and breathes social media and always knows what’s trending across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. This role supports hands-on content creation, from filming in-office to confidently starring on camera when needed. This role will work closely with our Graphic Designer, Social Media to bring to life content that is filmed with cohesive, clear briefs.&nbsp;</p> <p>Reporting into the Director of Social, the ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving environment, embraces change, and is genuinely excited to be a part of the magic that brings Bubble Skincare’s content to life.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>:</p> <h3><strong>Content Creation &amp; Publishing</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Pitch and collaborate on authentic, relatable social content through self-applied skincare application; must be comfortable appearing on camera in video content</li> <li>Stay up-to-date on social trends across all platforms, actively pitching new concepts to Director of Social on a daily basis</li> <li>Assist in concepting and own shooting content for Instagram and TikTok-first videos that align with brand messaging and platform best practices, using in-app features when applicable&nbsp;</li> <li>Assist in filming and participating in TikTok live content&nbsp;</li> <li>Draft captions, hashtags, and social-first copy recommendations for Sr. Social Media Associate to review</li> <li>Support daily publishing of approved content with Sr. Social Media Associate&nbsp;</li> <li>Help select engaging, on-brand thumbnails per platform&nbsp;</li> <li>Research and surface on-brand, trending sounds that are licensed for commercial use</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Behind-the-Scenes &amp; Real-Time Content</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Capture behind-the-scenes content at photoshoots, launch events, retail moments, and store visits&nbsp;</li> <li>Create casual, office-based content featuring team members to showcase brand culture</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Collaboration &amp; Team Support</strong></h3> <ul> <
