We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

Job Description Summary:

The primary function of this position is to utilize and support various accounting systems to ensure activity is posted accurately and timely to the PayPal general ledger. This position will work collaboratively with Product Development, Business Operations, Global Operations, Accounting, and Systems to determine root cause and resolution of issues

Job Description:

1. Ensure daily reconciliation jobs and tasks are completed according the assigned SLAs.

2. Work with Omaha Accounting managers to identify and prioritize open production issues.

3. Identify process flows to determine impacted functional groups to identify stakeholders for issue resolution.

4. Perform root cause analysis across multiple environments to determine the source of the issue.

5. Develop and maintain metrics to measure time to resolution and performance against agreed upon SLAs.

6. Other duties and special projects as assigned.
