Salary/Position Classification

  • 25.00 hourly, Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)
  • 10 hours per week
  • 100% Remote Work Availability: No
  • Hybrid Work Availability (requires some time on campus): No

Purpose of Position

This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Real-Time Detection of Operator Workload as Input to Scalable Autonomy During Dynamic Mission Operation:
    • Review literature and past research activities to create taxonomy of physiological/ psychophysiological measures that can be used to characterize the various dimensions of workload. Summarize the results of the survey and provide recommendations for different combinations of physiological/psychophysiological measures that would be appropriate for different types of naval aviation operations. - (Essential)

Required Competencies

  • Strong Writing and Communication Skills

Minimum Requirements

  • Masters degree in experimental psychology
  • Experience in psychophysiology
  • Experience in the study of workload
  • Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
