The Senior FP&A Cash Manager is responsible for leading financial operations related to cash flow management within the organization, ensuring optimal liquidity, and supporting strategic financial planning. This role works closely with various departments (Treasury, Inventory, Credit, Pricing etc) and involves detailed financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to guide executive decision-making and maintain financial stability.

**THIS IS AN INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTOR ROLE**

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed cash flow forecasts using both direct and indirect methods, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor daily cash positions and provide updates relative to the forecast.
  • Budgeting and Planning: Lead the budgeting process, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational KPIs.
  • Variance Analysis: Analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying key variances and recommending corrective actions.
  • Reporting: Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including operating cash flow statement and KPI trends, for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Strategic Planning: Identify and implement strategies to improve cash flow, including optimizing receivables, payables, and inventory management.
  • Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to automate and enhance cash management processes and systems
  • Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.

Minimum Requirement :Degree or equivalent and typically requires 10+ years of relevant experience. Less years required if has relevant Master’s or Doctorate qualifications.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.

Additional Skills

  • Experience: Extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on cash flow management and strategic planning.  Working knowledge of the balance sheet is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with financial software and ERP system, financial modeling, forecasting, and advanced Excel skills. Power BI skill is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Salary: 122,100.00 - 162,800.00 - 203,500.00 USD Annual

(Target range is 140K with 20% MIP)
