Summary:

The Business Analyst 1 provides basic support for assigned business process and/or system.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintains, monitors and updates assigned business process and/or system.
• Researches routine problems and recommends or takes appropriate action to correct.
• May perform testing or modifications to systems Maintains or updates documentation of policies or procedures. 
• Generates, reconciles, maintains and monitors reports, files, and/or other data. 
• Responds to questions and may provide specialized support to process/systems users.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School diploma
• At least 1 year of related experience
• BOL Payment Center Wire and ACH
• ETOP
• Remote Deposit Capture
• Datascan - System Experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
