Human Resources Generalist (Onsite)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and employees, aligning HR strategies with business objectives. You will assist in employee relations, support talent development, and enhance employee engagement and culture. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on and ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies
• Own the payroll process
• Partner with leadership to manage recruitment process for roles at all levels
• Drive employee engagement initiatives
• Work with other HR team members to manage the orientation and onboarding processes
• Manage and resolve employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR programs, policies, and procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and organizational development
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to influence and build credibility at all levels of the organization
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

• PHR or SHRM-CP certification
