You Are:

In this role as a Program Senior Manager, you will be at the forefront of program execution, business operations, and strategic growth. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the successful delivery of current commitments, as well as actively seeking out and capturing new opportunities for the organization. Acting as a "player-coach," you will play a key role in integrating on-site delivery teams, corporate leadership, and government stakeholders to drive mission success through operational excellence and building trusted customer relationships – including with senior customer stakeholders. Responsibilities will span business development, strategic growth, program operations, contract management, financial management, subcontractor management, leadership, and team development.

The Work:

• Serve as the central point for program execution, business operations, and strategic growth
• Ensure delivery on current commitments while actively identifying and capturing new opportunities
• Act as the key integrator between on-site delivery teams, corporate leadership, and government stakeholders
• Drive mission success through operational excellence and trusted customer relationships

Here's What You Need:

• 7+ Years experience managing technology projects and programs or 7+ projects serving in delivery lead or related capacity
  • This should include leading and developing teams, managing complex projects, and fostering strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience with federal acquisition processes, contract types and structures, and budget programming cycles and timelines
• Exposure to tools and processes related to business development, strategic growth, program operations, contract management, financial management, and subcontractor management
• 5+ years experience managing mid-level and junior business and IT personnel or 3+ projects serving in a lead role

Bonus Points If:

• Experience with large defense programs and/or Defense Industrial Base companies and missions
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience with agile software development lifecycle
• Demonstrated experience with fundamental cloud computing concepts
• Commercial cloud certifications (AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, or other)
• Strong creativity, communication skills, and cross-group collaboration skills
• Passion for finding process and product solutions for hard problems at scale and building partnerships to operationalize said solutions in new, undefined spaces

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
