What You Will Do

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, interpreting, and implementing financial concepts to drive effective financial planning and control. You’ll conduct in-depth technical analysis, and assess current and future financial performance. Your role will involve gathering, analyzing, and presenting recommendations for financial plans, acquisition strategies, future trends, and operational forecasts. 

• Drive financial planning and control by developing and implementing innovative financial concepts.

• Perform technical analysis to assess current and future financial performance.

• Conduct variance analysis on the P&L, scrutinizing changes in margin and expenses

• Gather, analyze, and prepare comprehensive recommendations for financial plans, acquisitions, future requirements, and operating forecasts.

• Collaborate with others to take charge of budget administration and oversight.

• Prepare and communicate financial plans, management reporting packages, and relevant information to the executive management team. 

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant finance experience

• Strong attention to detail with exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities

• Proficient in developing, modifying, and documenting structured processes

• Possesses keen analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills for strategic data interpretation

• Ability to work independently and collaborate seamlessly within the sector and across the company to meet tight deadlines
