Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking an experienced professional with at least 5 years in accounting and finance, a strong command of Excel and Tableau, and a background in healthcare accounting, along with expertise in financial analysis, GAAP, and data management. Based remotely in Nashville, TN, you'll play a crucial role in monthly financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and providing strategic insights to our leadership and investors. How you will have an impact

• Monthly financial reporting and analysis of business performance
• Development of the annual budget and interim financial forecasts
• Assisting with cash management functions, including maintaining cash flow forecasts
• Preparing financial and operating materials for quarterly Board of Directors meetings and external investor reviews
• Recommending process improvements for financial reporting and utilizing visual data analytics platform (Tableau), forecasting and budgeting tools
• Supporting leadership with financial modeling to drive functional lines of business in accordance with company goals

What you can offer Luna

• A minimum of 5 years of combined general accounting and financial analysis experience
• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Healthcare accounting experience
• A strong working knowledge of Excel and Tableau
• Experience with NetSuite or similar accounting and budgeting software
• The ability to quickly aggregate and analyze large volumes of data
• Tenacity and a self-starting attitude; able to work with multiple systems
• Preferred experience in a startup company
• Strongly preferred multi-entity or national experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
• System implementation experience is preferred
• A CFA designation is preferred
• Must be based in Nashville, TN or surrounding area
