  • Facilitate key HR processes, including performance reviews, our annual engagement survey, salary reviews, and bonus procedures at our Group office in close collaboration with HR CoEs.
  • Collaborate closely with our Head of Talent Acquisition to ensure all critical positions are filled, from creating role descriptions to recruiting and conducting interviews and assessments.
  • Plan, secure, and approve all HR processes and activities within our HR system.
  • Champion ideas and initiatives that enhance performance, shape behaviour, and ensure the execution of our strategy.
  • Engage in team and management collaboration and support.

Your work experience

  • A minimum of seven years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a large, international corporation
  • Previous experience working with an HR system (experience with Workday is a plus).
  • Experience in change management and organizational development.
  • Experience from supporting and advising both Danish and international senior executives
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Higher academic education.

Your competencies

  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactively engage with stakeholders in an international matrix organization.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into HR actions.
  • Willingness to balance more high-level responsibilities with details of daily HR operations when necessary (with support from our service team on practical matters such as onboarding, contracts, and IT systems).
  • Proficiency in facilitating processes.

Your personality traits

  • High emotional intelligence
  • High business ethics
  • Humble - open to learning and feedback
  • Proactive
  • Openness to change - we work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What we offer
