Senior Business Analyst – Technology Enabled Transformation – Financial Services

 

The Opportunity
For our office based in Milan, we’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our Technology-Enabled Transformation Insurance Team.
You’ll work with international Insurance Companies combining technical expertise, proven consulting skills and industry knowledge to help solve their most complex issues.
 

Your Key Responsibilities
As part of the Technology-Enabled Transformation Insurance team, you will be involved in
 

• Technology-enabled transformation projects, where Insurance Companies aim to strengthen their performance by enhancing their business and IT processes
• Managing workshops with senior stakeholders of Insurance Companies to discuss about target business processes and desired technology/ digital solutions
• Creation of functional documentation, such as functional analysis, business process workflows and technical design

To qualify for the role you must have

• Understanding of Non Life Insurance market
• Good appreciation of current Insurance market trends and how these are likely to impact key industry players
• Track record of successful delivery on large scale technology delivery projects for insurance companies

Technical Skills And Experience

• French or German and English speaker, B2 level as a minimum
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Functional analysis skills

Nice to have

• Guidewire/EIS Suite knowledge
• Agile certifications
