Have you worked as a Value Stream Manager setting up and guiding a high-production facility from its inception? You will take the lead as the senior operational executive accountable for overall outcomes, profitability, and ongoing advancement of the Large Format Machining (LFM) Value Stream. Your duties involve handling every aspect of the Value Stream and aligning production, engineering, and supply chain operations. Main objectives include cutting waste, optimizing flow, and maintaining safety, quality, and on-time delivery.</p> <p>You’ll also build and direct operational strategies to support rapid volume growth and encourage continuous improvement throughout the plant. Success in this role requires a hands-on leadership style, extensive knowledge of machining processes, methods, equipment, and tools, and proficiency in Lean manufacturing
