Job Description

What we’re looking for:

Working within our Events Sales Operations team, the International Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for leading the charge with projects and processes for the International Business Development team. This position reports to the Director of Business Operations, and supports the international sales team, with a focus on communication, top notch customer service, and sales operations. Responsibilities include project management, data entry, and general reporting

Role Accountability and Duties:

• Act as CRM expert, to provide Salesforce support with daily admin functions such as contract data entry, and general sales support.
• Working with key stakeholders, support the definition and management the sales operations process
• Work closely with other Sales Operations coordinators to ensure process alignment across verticals.
• Plays a key role in user acceptance testing for tech rollouts.
• Collaborate with Data team to support data hygiene efforts.
• Create sales campaigns to support the international sales team.
• Partner with CX team to support answering customer questions after booth numbers are released (including inquiries related to, but not limited to Sales Ops, billing, furniture, badge, etc.)
• Collaborating with international sales teams to develop processes for international associations and external agents
• Managing Screening of International accounts
• Managing Portal Leads/ Lead assignments
• Processing Agent commission & expense payouts

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of customer service, administrative support, or sales operations
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
• Keen interest in continuous improvement
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Highly organized with excellent ability to balance multiple projects at once, and prioritize tasks as needed
• Above average problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Very comfortable working in a deadline driven environment
• Comfortable working across multiple systems

• The pay range for this position is $51,000 - $60,000 depending on experience.
