Job Description

Primary Function of Position:
Support Intuitive's global tax operations function, which includes global tax compliance, transfer pricing, and tax provision.  Support the transformation of tax function to scale for growth, which includes tax technology adoption, process simplification and standardization, and effective use of data and technology.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for U.S. international tax filings: forms 5471, 8858, 1118, and other forms and disclosures as required
  • Responsible for Subpart F, GILTI, FDII and BEAT calculations
  • Responsible for country-by-country reports and transfer pricing compliance
  • Coordinate with the accounting/finance teams to manage intercompany transactions and maintain control and consistency of the transfer pricing process across Intuitive’s operations
  • Support implementing, monitoring and maintaining global transfer pricing policies
  • Collaborate with FP&A in preparation of legal entity forecast process
  • Assist in economic and financial analysis on transfer pricing aspects of business expansion and M&A
  • Assist International Tax Planning & Tax Controversy teams in various projects and requests
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiencies within the tax operations function

Qualifications

Skills, Experience, Education, & Training:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of international tax compliance, tax provision, and transfer pricing experience, preferably with combined experience from accounting firm and a large corporation with multinational entities and significant cross-border transactions
  • Bachelor’s degree required.  Master’s in taxation is preferred
  • Excellent data management skills, including strong Excel, SAP and Tableau skills.  Alteryx, and other tax technology skills strongly encouraged. 
  • Experience in a high-growth, international environment required
  • Ability to develop and sustain relationships internally and cross-functionally
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong professional verbal and written communication skills
