Location: Reading, PA

AnthroMed Education is a growing practice of Speech-Language Pathologists who support students in schools by providing high-quality speech services. We are expanding our team on the East Coast and welcome Clinical Fellows for this unique role near Reading, PA!

Clinical Fellow Support:

  • AnthroMed Education will ensure you have a wonderful Clinical Fellowship Mentor
  • Bi-weekly team meetings with all SLPs on our team
  • We provide regular one-on-one support with our Clinical Support Director for all CFs

Job Description:

  • Provide speech and language therapy for eligible students
  • Conduct evaluations of speech and other disorders for children in K-5th grade
  • Develop individualized treatment plans with goals targeting elementary aged children
  • Utilize augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices and other assistive technologies as needed
  • Participates in team meetings for the development of students’ individualized education programs
  • Engage in continuous professional learning and development through supervision, mentorship, and ongoing education
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members within the school district including educators, family members, etc.

Speech Language Pathologist Requirements:

  • School-based and/or pediatric experience working with K-5th Graders
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid PA SLP license from the Pennsylvania Board of Speech-Language Pathologists
  • Valid PA Education Specialist Certificate from the Pennsylvania Department of Education

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay Range: $57,720 - $58,915 (based on qualifications and experience).
