We are looking for an Executive Assistant that will provide high-level support to our CEO and C-suite team, ensuring seamless coordination of schedules, meetings, and communications. This individual will play a pivotal role in maintaining executive focus and organizational flow, with responsibilities spanning from managing sensitive information to facilitating key events and initiatives. With visibility across departments and involvement in high-level initiatives, this individual will have a direct impact and influence on the rhythm and success of the organization.
This remote position is open to individuals who live in, or are open to relocating to, the following states: Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Washington.
This position requires travel to our headquarters in Melville, NY up to 12 times per year to support leadership and high-priority meetings. Additional travel may be required based on leadership and company needs. We reimburse reasonable and necessary travel expenses, and you’re also welcome to work on-site anytime beyond these visits – our doors are always open.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST
Base Salary: $83,000 – $103,000 per year
Responsibilities:
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents, attending to logistics, capturing meeting minutes, and following up on assigned action items
- Keep the CEO apprised of time-sensitive and priority issues and help ensure appropriate follow-up
- Complete a variety of special projects, including preparing PowerPoint presentations, special reports, spreadsheets, and meeting agenda material
- Respond to and help prioritize meeting invitations, phone calls, messages, and other information flowing to the executive(s)
- Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports for C-suite members
- Maintain the highest degree of confidentiality, including management of sensitive records and documents for company executives
