Grow with us and join our team as a Senior People Operations (HR) Specialist, to help move our people processes and analytics to the next level, so our customers receive the best ingredients and have a delightful cooking experience! This is an onsite role based out of our Dallas, TX Fulfillment Center.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage key People projects within the team and across departments, contributing to process improvements and overall organizational success.
- Provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of HR operations and contribute to an efficient workforce.
- Collaborate with the local team to support recruitment, onboarding, talent development, and effective management of general employee relations.
- Oversee payroll management, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions, addressing discrepancies, and assisting employees with payroll-related inquiries.
- Be an advocate for team engagement and company culture, demonstrating leadership by setting an example of high engagement and fostering a positive work environment.
- Comply with maintaining clean, updated databases (Bamboo, ADP, Kronos, etc.) and confidential employee records, promptly responding to verification requests.
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and harassment-free workplace in adherence to internal policies and legal requirements, promptly addressing any potential disruptions.
- Effectively communicate internal policies to the local team and stay abreast of new internal and external compliance requirements.
- Build strong relationships with team members and leaders, encouraging active participation in company initiatives, both locally and on a national and global scale.
- Utilize technology to publish communications on-site, keeping the team informed and engaged.
Requirements
Who you are:
- 3-5 years of progressive work experience in human resources operations and/or shared services, with a proven track record of leading others effectively.
- Bilingual proficiency (Spanish) is required.
- 2+ years experience with HRIS systems and applications
- Proficiency in Google and Microsoft programs.
- Familiarity with ADP and/or Kronos is a plus
- Adaptable, well-organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, exhibiting confidence in managing responsibilities and decision-making.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate and build partnerships with the leadership team.
