We aspire to have a profound, large-scale impact on children ages zero to five.&nbsp; <br><strong><br>DESCRIPTION</strong></p> <p>As a Senior People Partner (HR Business Partner or HRBP) at Bezos Academy, you will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, managers, and school staff nationwide, partnering across the organization to drive learning and development, organizational and workforce planning, performance management, goal setting, and other people processes. Using data, analytics, and strong relationships, you will translate people strategy into effective team execution, support employee relations and career growth, and help create an outstanding employee experience where teams are set up to thrive and deliver exceptional outcomes for children.</p> <p>You bring a broad spectrum of human resources experience from prior HR generalist and/or business partner roles or similar.
