It is divided into three groups: Commercial Operations, Central Commercial, and Warranty and Claims Management. It is responsible for recognising and developing business opportunities and cost-effective management of contracts from inception to close out.</p><p>The <strong>Manager – Warranty and Claims Management</strong> reports to the Head of Commercial Management.</p><p>Warranty Management is responsible for the performance management of OEM, focusing on the management of warranties and claims, OEM service agreements and availability warranties.  Claims Management focuses on managing high-value, high-risk claims related to all contracts in operations and claims handed over from Project Delivery, insurance claims, etc.</p><p><br/> <strong>Your responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong><u>Warranty Management</u></strong></p><ul><li>Manage warranty suppliers, both for major BoP supply agreements and WTG supply agreements and ensure that contractual requirements are complied with, based upon a risk-informed approach.</li><li>Ensure end-to-end approach towards managing supplier warranties, starting with the handover from the construction team and ending with lessons learned for new contracts.</li><li>Ensure long term benefit by capturing as much information and data as possible regarding the asset condition during the implementation of services and inspections by 3rd Party and raise findings that affects the warranties.</li><li>Ensure that the warranty management process and availability management process are maintained and cooperate with internal stakeholders to improve interfaces within warranty management and the offshore business.</li></ul><p><strong><u>OEM Performance Management</u></strong></p><ul><li>Manage TSA and SAA interdependency.</li><li>Active contract management  of OEM service agreements reducing contractual risks and maximising opportunities.</li><li>Support in ensuring efficient and effective operations through the development of commercial strategies associated with the asset operational readiness.</li><li>Continuously develop and improve OEM performance management process.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Claims  Management</u></strong></p><ul><li>Overall responsibility for driving claims process.</li><li>Recommend and lead successful implementation of heads of claims in full cooperation of the various internal stakeholders such as engineering, asset management, insurance and operations.</li><li>Ensure a high standard of contract administration in relation to any claims for all agreements on the site or project, and advise internal stakeholders of upcoming risks and challenges that require mitigation and resolution to ensure the success of the claim.</li><li>Work with the external and or internal Legal advisors/ experts / 3rd party consultants on specific claims where significant legal implications arise from the contracting process.</li><li>Monitoring the status and updates of all claims and preparing and presenting periodic reports to management, focusing on both quantity and quality of information around specific claims.</li><li>Continuously develop and improve claims management processes.</li></ul><p>On top of ensuring delivery of the above responsibilities, the Manager of Warranty and Claims Management is responsible for the following:</p><ul><li>Provide internal reporting to relevant internal and external stakeholders on the overall status and progress of warranty cases.</li><li>Continuously keep an updated view of the incoming tasks for your department and set the right priorities, and follow up on the progress.</li><li>Ensure that the team is set up optimally and continues to develop and that there is adequate power in quantity and quality to realise the current and future objectives.</li><li>Provide continuous training to Warranty, Claims and Commercial Managers to ensure a standardised way of working.</li><li>Give direction to and manage the team in an inspiring, stimulating, and supportive manner by setting out clear frameworks within which each member of the team gets the space and confidence to take responsibility for their work and develop their talents to create conditions for achieving the desired results both for the company and for the employees concerned. </li></
