Software Engineering Manager (Enterprise)

<h4><strong>About the Team</strong></h4> <p>In the Miro Enterprise team, our goal is to empower large companies to use Miro as optimally as the smaller ones. This is vital because Miro is used by 99% of the Fortune 100!</p> <p>Envision Miro being used by companies with over a hundred thousand users. This scale of work requires Miro to build an additional set of features: sophisticated security and compliance requirements, integrations with identity providers, user management and administration, data governance and content lifecycle management.</p> <h4><strong>About the Role</strong></h4> <p>As an Engineering Manager you will support a team that is building features in one of our Enterprise domains. That includes board and activity exporting and archiving at scale, classifying content and providing guardrails for enabling a sharing experience that complies with the regulatory environment that our big customers operate in, roles &amp; licenses administration and management, improving reporting, automation and tools for subscriptions renewals process.</p> <p>Our teams are composed of 4-8 engineers. Each team has an Engineering Manager, a leader who helps the team be outstanding. Together with the team, they drive team outcomes, productivity and technical excellence. They are not expected to be experts of each subject matter, but they know how to choose the best management approach for reaching the team’s goals.</p> <p>As a leader, work composition is dependent on the current needs of the team.
