<p> </p> <p></p> <p>If you are excited about contributing to reducing global climate change and see yourself as a good leader and stakeholder manager, then this might be the next step on your career path.</p> <p> </p> <p>Power Solutions &amp; Vestas Quality &gt; Product Solutions &amp; Integration &gt; P&amp;ES Project Management </p> <p> </p> <p>Vestas Plant &amp; Energy Solutions is the place where Vestas is developing products that enhance our advanced turbines into intelligent renewable energy solutions.</p> <p>We are seeking an experienced SAFe Program/Value Stream Manager to join our product development team.</p> <p>As the SAFe Value Stream Manager, you will play a crucial role in orchestrating and maintaining the Value Streams together with the Product Manager, the Product Architect, and the Release Train Engineer.</p> <p> </p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead and oversee the overall SAFe value stream, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies.</li> <li>Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize value stream goals and key results</li> <li>Implement and continuously improve the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles and practices within the Value Streams</li> <li>Work closely with the Agile Release Trains (ARTs) to ensure effective delivery of customer value</li> <li>Foster collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams within and across value streams</li> <li>Remove impediments and facilitate problem-solving to ensure smooth execution</li> <li>Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to value stream delivery</li> <li>Utilize metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimization</li> <li>Identify and mitigate risks that may impact the value stream's delivery schedule or quality</li> <li>Implement proactive risk management strategies to ensure effective outcomes</li> <li>Maintain a culture of continuous improvement within the value stream</li> <li>Implement feedback loops and retrospectives to identify areas for enhancement</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in a relevant field</li> <li>Experience with stakeholder management in a global context</li> <li>SAFe certification is highly desirable</li> <li>Experience with scaled agile or other agile methods</li> <li>Experience with a global matrix organization is desirable</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Competencies</p> <ul> <li>Proven leadership and interpersonal skills are needed to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders</li> <li>Proven experience as a SAFe Value Stream Manager or in a similar role</li> <li>In-depth knowledge of agile software product development and its application in complex organizational structures</li> <li>Experience in using Agile and Lean principles to optimize value stream delivery</li> <li>Solid English communication skills, both verbal and written</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> What We Offer</p> <p>You will be in a central position in our product development, with a high influence on product development and close engagement with stakeholders on all corporate levels.</p> <p>You will have a high influence on your work planning with our technology headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark; alternatively, our technology hub is located in Porto, Portugal.</p> <p> </p> <p>Additional Information</p> <p>If you are enthusiastic about driving organizational agility and delivering customer value, we invite you to apply for the SAFe Program/Value Stream Manager position.
