Job description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Training Administrator with basic eLearning design skills to join our team. This role will focus on supporting our training initiatives and assisting in the development of eLearning content. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, a keen eye for design, and a passion for learning and development.

Responsibilities:

Training Administration:

  • Assist in the coordination and administration of training programs, including scheduling sessions, and managing participant registrations.
  • Maintain training records and databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Communicate with trainers, facilitators, and participants to provide necessary information and support.
  • Assists with new joiner onboarding, training, and integration by creating materials, coordinating sessions, and providing ongoing support.
  • Coordinate team events, ensuring the agenda and logistical arrangements are in place.

eLearning Development:

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging eLearning content.
  • Utilize basic eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) to develop interactive modules.
  • Edit and assemble recordings into finished products suitable for eLearning modules.
  • Apply instructional design principles to ensure content is effective, engaging, and aligned with learning objectives.
  • Assist in the maintenance and updates of existing eLearning courses as needed.
  • Conduct quality checks on training materials and eLearning content to ensure accuracy, functionality, and adherence to organizational standards.

Training Support:

  • Provide technical support to trainers and participants during live training sessions and eLearning modules.
  • Assist in the preparation of training materials, presentations, and resources.
  • Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders to continually improve training programs and materials.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms and knowledge of video editing tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when necessary.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Prior experience in training administration or eLearning design is a plus, but not required for entry-level candidates
