Onsite are roles that have specific onsite requirements and are typically onsite daily.

Hybrid flexible are roles that can be performed remotely but require some level of onsite work/in-person interactions on a regular basis, require employees to live within a commutable distance and, since business needs vary by position and may change over time, managers will set expectations and flexibility regarding where and when work is performed.

Fully remote are roles that can be performed remotely, require employees to live in approved states and will have purpose-driven in-person interactions on occasion.

Job Summary

The Business Support Specialist will work on completing Voice of Customer reports and analysis. This position will be involved in a variety of structured and supervised assignments, augmented by appropriate training. Assignments meet business needs and provide the incumbent with a foundational knowledge of how the PSE&G Customer Care team utilizes market research and other operational data to identify areas to improve customer satisfaction scores.

Job Responsibilities

• Work on analytical reports that are prepared by performing tasks such as data extraction to organize data into charts and dashboards to analyze results towards achievement of scorecard targets. 
• Work on preparing presentations to communicate results to internal stakeholders. 
• Other analytical projects may include working on continuous improvement projects, technical / financial review and analysis and other ad-hoc market research assignments.

Job Specific Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field plus 3 years of related experience. In lieu of a degree, a high school diploma plus 7 years of job related experience 
• Proficient in Access, Microsoft word, Excel, and Outlook with Data Management experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical aptitude 
• Demonstrated individual and team leadership skills
• Effective problem solving, decision making, planning and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Desired:

• Knowledge of how market research is conducted
• Working knowledge of Tableau and Power BI such that has experience connecting data
