We are seeking an experienced Events Partnerships Manager who can bring that spirit to life through world-class events, premium hospitality moments, and strategic brand partnerships.
You’ll play a critical role in shaping the Olympic hospitality journey by creating unforgettable experiences that connect fans, businesses, partners, and cultural leaders to the magic of the Games. From intimate VIP gatherings and executive hosting moments to large-scale partner activations and milestone celebrations, your work will drive awareness, engagement, and revenue goals leading into LA28.
This role sits at the intersection of event strategy, partnership marketing, and flawless execution—bringing together brands, stakeholders, and audiences through once-in-a-lifetime experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Event Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute premium events and hospitality experiences designed to engage corporate partners, high-net-worth clients, agencies, prospects, and key stakeholders.
Lead end-to-end event planning including creative concept development, venue sourcing, budgets, timelines, production, vendors, guest experience, and onsite execution.
Build event strategies aligned to sales milestones, ticketing moments, Olympic announcements, and cultural tentpole opportunities.
Create unique programming concepts that integrate product storytelling, athletes, talent, partners, content, and luxury hospitality moments.
Ensure all events reflect Olympic Hospitality standards, partner requirements, and premium brand positioning.
Partnership & Stakeholder Management
Serve as a key point of contact across internal teams, external agencies, vendors, brand partners, and strategic collaborators.
Support the development of partnership activations that elevate Olympic Hospitality and create value for clients, prospects and global stakeholders.
Identify opportunities with lifestyle, luxury, entertainment, sports, culinary, fashion, art, and culture partners to enhance event experiences.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between marketing, sales, partnerships, communications, creative, operations, and leaders
