Job Description

Maintain and ensure optimal operation of facility systems including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and related infrastructure.

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on facility systems and equipment
• Diagnose technical issues and implement appropriate solutions
• Respond to emergency situations including fire alarms, power outages, and water-related incidents
• Execute preventative maintenance procedures according to established schedules
• Identify and report necessary major repairs or system upgrades to management
• Maintain comprehensive maintenance records and documentation
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum age of {AGE} years
• Trade school diploma or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum of three years' experience in commercial or industrial facility maintenance
• Demonstrated proficiency in operation and maintenance of hand and power tools
• Strong technical competency in interpreting manuals, schematics, and blueprints
• Physical capability to lift and move items weighing 50 pounds or more
• Current relevant certifications and licenses with willingness to obtain additional credentials as required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with preventive maintenance programs
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and compliance requirements
• Background in commercial building systems and infrastructure
