Marco MKT is growing — and we’re looking for passionate, driven individuals to join us! We are currently seeking a Full-Time Sales Associate in the greater Houston area to represent a leading nicotine vape brand. If you have a background in retail sales, marketing, or merchandising — and you love building relationships and driving sales — we want to hear from you!

About the Role:

As a Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in boosting the visibility, marketing, and sales of our client’s products across retail locations in Houston. You’ll use your creativity, sales skills, and merchandising expertise to build strong relationships with store staff, drive customer engagement, and ensure our products are prominently featured. Your efforts will directly contribute to growing the brand’s presence in the market!

What You’ll Do:

• Promote and market Client products across various retail locations
• Build and maintain professional relationships with retail staff
• Engage with customers and drive sales at the point of sale
• Prospect and secure new retail opportunities to expand brand presence
• Capture and report accurate field data daily
• Manage and prioritize your territory schedule to maximize impact

Territory:

• Houston, TX — working across a variety of stores and locations

Schedule:

• 5 days per week (Sundays off, occasional Saturdays)
• Online Virtual Training (Date TBD)

Qualifications:

• Must be 18+ and comfortable working with nicotine vape products
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License and independent, reliable transportation
• Sales experience required; vape experience preferred
• Must pass a background check if selected

Compensation:

• $16 Per Hour
• Monthly Car Allowance
• Monthly Bonus Opportunities
