• The OCM Senior Project Manager is responsible for developing and driving the project plans for OCM Process and Training initiatives
• Expectations of the role include facilitating cross-functional teams in the alignment and prioritization of OCM objectives
• The Senior Project Manager collaborates closely with OCM Leads, business stakeholders, and teams of subject matter experts to ensure broad organizational readiness, effective risk management, and transparent and timely communications with stakeholders
• The Senior PM also invests in others as a mentor and advocates for agile and lean project management to improve enterprise agility
• Facilitate working agreement and commitment to shared objectives OCM Team and stakeholders, ensuring clarity of deliverables, milestones, and roles/responsibilities
• Facilitate planning and coordination of OCM readiness efforts including change, communication, and training strategies, while ensuring alignment with technical team deliverables
• Facilitate effective risk and issue management, to ensure challenges are anticipated and appropriate actions are taken
• Detect both obstacles and opportunities and respond to them as quickly as possible to produce desired outcomes
• Build and maintain communication channels and methods to provide updates on progress to both internal and external stakeholders timely and succinctly
• Leverage data and other assessment mechanisms to facilitate enterprise level transparency and insights that are delivered in a consumable and meaningful format
• Manage project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Develop subject-matter knowledge to the extent necessary to drive key project activities

• 3-5 years of experience as a PM for cross-functional and/or global Teams 
• Highly motivated self-starter
• Resilient and adaptable 
• Comfortable communicating with employees at all levels within the organization
• Collaborative working style coupling strong interpersonal skills with high technical acumen 
• Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Azure DevOps is preferred
• Experience working in a highly regulated industry, e.g., medical devices, is a plus
