Join us.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>Responsible for managing a project to achieve specified objectives. Involves the overall planning, coordination and control of a project from inception to completion to produce a functionally and financially viable project that will be completed on time within authorized cost and to the required quality.</p><p>This Project delivery manager will manage the delivery of a project from EC, working with senior stakeholders and operationally managing a project team. The person will assist in development of the project delivery strategy and set-up required multi-disciplinary EC team. The candidate will bring commercial acumen to the projects delivery, ensuring all work and outputs are executed to meet project needs and objectives.</p><p><strong>Role Accountabilities:</strong></p><p>Lead the implementation of projects for meeting client expectations.</p><ul><li>Translate project objectives into plans, estimates and schedules, manage budgets across the project life cycle.</li><li>Assure compliance with contracts in terms of project delivery parameters and scope of service.</li><li>Analyze and compile a range of data, schedules, documents and provide advice to contribute to project decision-making.</li><li>Use own knowledge and experience of industry best practice to develop processes and review policies for own project, ensuring changes are in line with strategic business objectives.</li><li>Lead a diverse project team of engineers, setting objectives, reviewing performance to ensure staff are driven and have the necessary skills to deliver the project objectives.</li><li>Manage relationships with key internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for improved efficiencies and collaboration across projects.</li><li>Responsible for setting project delivery approach and plan in consultation with key stakeholders</li><li>Responsible for performance management of multiple projects and project teams / resource , engaging with senior leadership team.</li><li>Develop and maintain a good understanding of the services delivered by AECOM</li><li>Actively participate to standardization and automation of processes for continuous improvement in Information Management practices.</li><li>Good understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance issues to ensure that information is managed in a responsible and secure manner.</li><li>Analytical skills to make sense of complex data and information, as well as Problem-solving skills to address challenges and find solutions.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>The candidate should have bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering.
