As a Agricultural Sustainability Center Manager you will lead external engagement efforts, support the implementation of sustainability strategies, and coordinate various projects related to sustainable agriculture. You will also facilitate open forums, review R&D data, and build extensive grower network.

As a Agricultural Sustainability Center Manager - Research Triangle Park, NC, you create chemistry by...

• Leading and coordinating external engagement efforts for the Center for Sustainable Agriculture.
• Designing and facilitating open forums to bring in diverse perspectives on sustainable farming topics and practices.
• Supporting and assisting with the implementation of the overall sustainability strategy for BASF Agricultural Solutions – North America.
• Aiding in reviewing internal R&D data with the NA Sustainability Team to track progress on key metrics.
• Supporting ideation, marketing, and branding for various carbon-smart product offerings currently being piloted by BASF.
• Building extensive NA grower networks for external communication and marketing of sustainability programs.

If you...

 

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Agriculture, Sustainability, Environmental Science, Communications, or a related field.
• Have experience working in Agriculture.
• Possess experience in various farming practices, including carbon-smart farming (a plus).
• Demonstrate proven experience in building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Possess project management and leadership skills.
• Bring your media and event planning experience to excel in this role.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking across various audiences.
