Part Time Maintenance

Summary of Position: 
Perform general maintenance of Big Whiskey’s restaurants. Inspect different equipment and perform any basic repairs or preventative maintenance when required. Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment
• Perform light electrical work
• Perform light plumbing
• Perform light HVAC
• Perform general maintenance on restaurant equipment
• Coordinate preventative maintenance schedules
• Perform preventative maintenance in the restaurant
• Coordinate cleaning schedules with outside companies
• Oversee contractors when professional repairs are necessary

  Qualifications: 

• Proven maintenance experience
• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools
• Ability to take apart equipment and replace defective parts
• Experience performing routine maintenance
• Strong organizational & communication skills
• Eye for detail
• Ability to focus while working individually
• Cell phone for communication
• Reliable transportation 
• Ability to lift 75LBS.

  Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
