Director of Behavioral Health Clinical Services

Individual has facility oversight of the behavioral health program. Responsible for managing and overseeing all inpatient management and staff covering multiple programs within the BHS services.
Responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the overall operations, assisting with development of policies and procedures that govern psychiatric medical services. Develops and achieves financial objectives, including appropriate staffing targets and budget management. Ensures compliance with regulatory agencies, and contracts with county and state agencies. Works with community to develop new opportunities to expand services offered.
Education:
Required: Master's degree.
Experience:
Required: 5 years in inpatient unit or intensive outpatient program.
Certifications:
Required: AHA BLS.
Preferred: MFT, LCSW, Ph.D.
Physical Demands:
Lift/position up to 25 lbs. Push/pull up to 25 lbs. of force. Frequent sitting. Moderate standing, walking, reaching, stooping, and bending. Manual dexterity, mobility, touch, auditory to perform all the related duties of the position.
