About This Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic Program Marketing Manager to own and drive the marketing success of our clients' commercial and industrial energy efficiency programs. The Program Marketing Manager will be responsible for the entire marketing lifecycle, from suggesting strategy to hands-on execution, ensuring all activities align with program goals and contractual requirements.
In collaboration with Cascade delivery teams, clients’ marketing teams, subcontractors and partners, the Program Marketing Manager will perform the full cycle of marketing activities including Marketing Plan development; audience segmentation; messaging strategy; collateral production; campaigns (digital and otherwise); content development and event support.
They will support ongoing efforts to systematize Cascade’s overall program marketing approach and collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders to create a consistent marketing structure across programs.

This is a full-time, exempt position located in Chicago, Illinois. There will be up to 3 days per week in-office requirement in the future (2027). Minimal travel is anticipated for this role.
Qualifications
Applicants for this role are required to have:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, journalism, or other related field, or Associate’s degree and relevant experience.
• 5+ years of professional B2B marketing experience in a professional service, technology or related environment.
• Experience as a people manager
A successful candidate should also demonstrate these preferred characteristics and/or skills:
• Experience in the energy, utility, or sustainability sector is highly preferred
• Demonstrated experience in both B2B and B2C marketing is a strong asset
• Experience managing marketing budgets and reporting on campaign ROI and KPIs

Compensation & Benefits
Our total rewards include competitive pay and excellent benefits. For this position, the typical hiring target is near the midpoint of the range which is $92,400 - $115,500 - $138,600/year in Chicago, Illinois. However, the final salary offered may vary depending on non-discriminatory factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experiences, internal equity, and geographical location if different than the above.
