Position Summary:

Florida Atlantic University is seeking a Coordinator, Administrative Services - Boca Raton, FL.

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule events for the Associate Deans.

  • Assist in the planning and execution of college events and functions.​

  • Collaborate with the Dean's Office on special projects as assigned.

  • Provide research and administrative support as needed.

  • Assist the Associate Deans in property control and facilities management tasks.

  • Ensure the efficient use of college resources.

  • Manage and track purchasing activities, including procurement and budget management.

  • Work in coordination with college policies and procedures.

  • Provide guidance and supervision to support staff, as required.

  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.

  • Prepare and maintain documents and reports as directed by the Associate Deans.

  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in reporting.

  • Schedule meetings and handle communications for the Associate Deans.

  • Assist the College Grant Manager in processing grant expenditures.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for grant-related financial transactions.

  • Offer support to the Executive Assistant to the Dean as needed.

  • Assist with administrative tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the college.
