Job Description
The Rotten Tomatoes team is seeking a Manager, Brand Integrity. The role is responsible for leading the review curation team, maintaining the credibility of brand scoring systems, including the Tomatometer and Audience Score. They will also strategize ways to evolve systems and processes to grow Rotten Tomatoes’ industry impact and audience reach.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor and analyze review activity from both approved Tomatometer sources and audiences. Track and report findings to stakeholders. Develop strategies to enhance safeguards.
Manage communication between the brand and industry partners, including studios, PR firms, etc. Proactively maintain and grow impactful partner relationships.
Collaborate with editorial, social, and marketing teams to develop new methods to utilize and promote scores.
Lead communication with and sync internal teams on the promotion and distribution of scores, Certified Fresh, etc.
Oversee Audience Score moderation and devise methods to grow the community.
Regularly refine and update internal processes to meet an ever-changing industry.
Communicate with and keep stakeholders aligned on industry trends that may affect the brand.
Assist with all aspects of scoring systems as needed.
Qualifications
Basic Requirements
3+ years of experience working for a brand and collaborating with publicity and/or marketing teams.
- Manage day-to-day activities of review curation team; leading, developing and monitoring individual and team progress towards delivery and embedding a culture of ongoing learning, feedback, and knowledge sharing.
Proficient in pulling and analyzing data to inform strategy decisions.
Demonstrates proactive approach to work and problem-solving.
Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Availability to work nights and weekends as needed.
Desired Characteristics
Well-versed in the latest organizational technologies (such as Airtable, Smartsheets).
Ability to communicate and collaborate efficiently.
Active listener with excellent follow-through.
Ability to delegate and set team priorities.
Interest in and enthusiasm for movies and/or TV. <
