About the role
<h2>The Position</h2>
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our candidate engagement strategy on a global scale. You will drive channel effectiveness, ensuring we reach the right talent through the most impactful sourcing and engagement strategies. Working closely with global, regional and local stakeholders, you will optimize how we attract, engage, and convert the best candidates into future Boehringer Ingelheim employees.
This position has a hybrid setup with approximately 2 days per week on site.
<h2>Tasks & responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li>You will develop and implement global candidate engagement strategies, ensuring a seamless and compelling experience for top talent. </li>
<li>Optimizing the management and guidance of talent attraction channels will be your responsibility, aiming to boost our employer brand and the efficiency of our talent pipeline.</li>
<li>Leveraging data-driven insights, you will constantly enhance our sourcing and engagement methods to ensure we connect with the ideal candidates via the most effective channels.</li>
<li>In your role, you will work hand in hand with Talent Acquisition/ Recruiting teams across all levels - global, regional, and local - as well as with Corporate Affairs and HR partners, to ensure our engagement initiatives are perfectly in tune with the company's objectives. </li>
<li>You will drive innovation in candidate outreach by leveraging emerging technologies, social media, and recruitment marketing trends. </li>
<li>Finally, you will establish key performance metrics to measure the success of engagement strategies and ensure continuous improvement.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Requirements</h2>
<ul>
<li>Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field, Professional in HR or advanced degree are a plus </li>
<li>Several years of Human Resources or equivalent relevant experience with proven experience in Talent Acquisition with a focus on candidate engagement, employer branding, or sourcing strategy (global experience preferred)</li>
<li>Strong expertise in channel management (job boards, social media, digital campaigns, talent communities, etc.)</li>
<li>Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize recruitment strategies accordingly</li>
<li>A collaborative and can-do attitude, comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment</li>
<li>Experience in stakeholder management across different regions and functions</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and the ability to translate insights into action</li>
